Wetted Parts

Wetted parts of slurry pump mainly means:impeller,volute liner,plate liner insert,expeller,expeller ring.

Main materials: ASTM532, High Chrome, Ni-hard Gr15Mo3,etc. metal and various of natural rubber for meet abrasive and corrosive requirements under different conditions.

Max. unit weight of metal part: 10 tons of high chrome alloy . There is a 4200 ton rubber press, it can manufacture rubber wetted parts of diameter 14” slurry pump.

Quality of wetted parts is at international level. The wear life is equal to the products with famous brand and they can be interchangeable with ones with famous brand.
