DSCR Desulfurization pump


1. DSCR series desulfurization pumps are single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pumps, which are mainly used as circulating pumps of absorption tower in wet FGD units and have the advantages of wide flow range, high efficiency and energy saving.
2. The compact structure of this series of pumps can greatly save the occupied space.
3. The flow parts of the pump adopt advanced hydraulic model and are optimized by CFD flow simulation technology, so that their design is reliable and their operation efficiency is high.
4. In the structure of rubber pump: The front guard plate of impeller is double phase stainless white iron, the front guard plate and the back guard plate are made of natural rubber suction cover and ductile iron adhesive, which has natural good wear-resistant performance, light weight and relatively low cost.
5. Adjusting the bearing assembly can change the position of the impeller in the pump chamber so that the pump unit is always in a high-efficiency running state.
6. The pump is a rear-detachable structure, with simple structure and convenient maintenance. There is no need to disassemble the inlet pipeline of the pump.
7. Double row tapered roller bearings are used at the pump end, and cylindrical roller bearings are used at the driving end. The thin oil lubrication improves the working conditions of bearings and greatly prolongs the service life of bearings.
8. The mechanical seal is a container seal specially used for desulfurization process, which runs reliably.
